Refund Policy :
• Any and All inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of your appointment. NO REFUNDS will be given.
- Terms of returns: All gift certificates must be used within a reasonable time frame from date of purchase and Not to exceed a 5yr time period. All gift certificates are for a Specific Service and Hold No Monetary Value, therefore NO REFUNDS are permissible.
- NO REFUNDS on Any Retail Products for hygiene purposes, and not knowing if product was opened, used, or tampered with.
Cancelation Policy :
• All appointments canceled 48hrs prior to appointment time will be subject to $50 cancelation fee and Will Be Allowed to reschedule the service booked.
• Failure to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will result in Cancelation fee equal to 100% Full Amount of service scheduled. In accordance with state law.
• All NO Shows are subject to Cancelation fee equal to Full Amount , 100% value of service scheduled. In accordance with state law.
• Non-payment of Cancelation fee will result in being sent to Collections and all additional court fees being added to your account.
• You are given up to 30 days from missed appointment to pay the Cancelation fee ( this 30day period is considered - In Collections) before it is sent to Courts.
Scheduling Requirements:
•Payment for services is due at time of service, upon arrival. Online bookings require credit card when booking your appointment, no deposit.
•All appointments booked 1 week to 2 weeks in advance are subject to deposit of $50, that will be Non-refundable in case of Cancelation or No show. This deposit will be applied towards your total service fee when you arrive for your appointment.
•Travel fee is applicable to every appointment. And determined based on your location and distance from my location, both directions. This is in addition to the service fee.
