Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination  of your appointment.  NO REFUNDS will be given.  

  Refund policy :

• Terms of return (all gift certificates must be used within 30days of purchase, NO REFUNDS.)
• NO REFUNDS on any retail products.  

Cancelation Policy 

• All appointments must be canceled 48hrs prior to appointment, failure to cancel your appointment  48hrs prior will result in $50 Cancelation fee.  

• All NO Show are subject to  Cancelation fee of $50.

• Non-payment of Cancelation fee will result in being sent to Collections and  all additional court fees being added to your account. 

• You are given up to 30days to pay the  Cancelation fee before it is sent to Collections. 

Payment for services is due at time of service.  

All appointments booked 1 week or more in advance are subject to deposit of $50, that will be Non-refundable in case of cancelation or No show. This deposit will be applied towards your total service fee when you arrive for your appointment.  

When you book your appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.
